G.R.O.W. Reentry Services, Inc. was created with a simple belief: a person’s past does not have to determine their future. Meaning Getting Rid of Old Ways, G.R.O.W. represents the process of recognizing old patterns, developing new skills, rebuilding relationships, and creating a stronger path forward.

We support individuals navigating reentry and the families who are part of that journey. Through evidence-based programming, parenting and family-reunification education, life-skills development, employment readiness, mentoring, and connections to community resources, G.R.O.W. helps individuals develop practical tools for lasting change.

Our approach recognizes that successful reentry is about more than returning to the community. It is about reconnecting with family, establishing stability, strengthening decision-making, creating opportunity, and building a life that supports long-term success.

G.R.O.W. also partners with correctional and reentry organizations, government agencies, and community-based providers to develop and deliver programming that responds to the needs of the individuals and families they serve.

Our mission is not simply to help people return. It is to help them G.R.O.W.
